Karina Luna attended California State University Channel Islands, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science, and a minor in Developmental Psychology. She has a passion for health that goes beyond the idea of “diagnose, treat, and repeat”; her passion for health focuses on prevention and health maintenance. She is passionate about being a health coach to help guide and encourage people towards a healthy lifestyle. Karina’s biggest reward comes from seeing people embark on a healthy lifestyle on a day to day basis and being able to see the positive transformation not only in their life but more importantly in their health.

Karina is a Ventura County native, born in the city of Oxnard and raised in the citrus capital of the world, Santa Paula. She is a movie enthusiast and enjoys trying new things, because “you never know how you will feel about it, until you have tried it!”
