“About a year and a half ago my husband was diagnosed with a fatal disease all symptoms indicated that he was at an end stage diagnosis. We were given vague information and little hope on procedures and medications that may or may not prolong his life. After careful consideration and months of work and study we knew we couldn’t count on the efforts of operations or the various pills that were given, many that were prescribed to counteract effects of the previous. While I was grateful to the hospital staff that originally stopped the bleeding and saved him from death for the moment, the care that followed was obviously a testament to what our medical system has come to impersonal and rushed.

I have been a believer in natural health for some time and began an in depth study on natural aids that would assist my husband to help heal. I do believe that these helped to sustain his life but, the task was daunting. I say I because there were many times I felt alone in the fight as my husband was not in any real shape to make decisions at the time. He was in and out of the hospital, having procedures done every two weeks, hair falling out, skin turning gray and thin with a failing liver and kidneys also thanks to his hospital time he was addicted to a very powerful pain killer.

Dr. Brent was our saving grace, He and his entire staff were gracious, understanding and thorough. He treated his whole body with real solutions of various degrees all that would not cause additional harm in any way. Dr. Brent left no stone unturned he looked into every avenue including diet and exercise giving us pointers on what to purchase and where he found the best products. He was open and eager to research all avenues that would aid in a recovery. I knew in just a month that we had made the right choice, my husband was becoming more himself each day. In just six weeks his blood tests revealed that all too high or too low areas had come to normal range. We followed through with Dr. Brent’s plan and in 4 months my husband no longer needed the procedures every two weeks, he was off all harmful medications and he had quit taking the potent pain medication.  His primary care physician was quite surprised with the results and I believe all too aware that she had little to do with it, his gastro doctor appeared to be in shock with the results and ordered another battery of tests all of which came back clear. We have and will continue to follow through with Dr. Brent’s recommendations as I truly feel my husband is alive today due to his care. Our gratitude has a depth that we cannot express enough.
