Katie Foster is extremely passionate about health, nutrition, fitness and all things wellness! Katie is the office manager, health coach and patient motivator at Central Coast Center for Integrative Health.
She enjoys bodybuilding, meal prepping and encouraging others to lead a healthy lifestyle. She has spent the last 10 years dedicated to this lifestyle and is passionate about educating others on how to optimize their life through functional medicine.
Katie lives in Ventura, California with her fiancé Vince and their fur-baby Macy.
