Mia Bates earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Health from California State University Channel Islands. She is passionate about connecting with others and takes pride in making sure every individual she interacts with feels heard, supported, and understood, especially in today’s digital age, where health information is constantly evolving. She enjoys engaging in conversations about health and helping others navigate wellness in a meaningful, approachable way.

Born and raised in Oxnard, California, Mia is the eldest of four daughters, a role that has shaped her natural ability to lead with empathy and care. Outside of work, Mia loves painting pottery, has a deep appreciation for antiques, and is also an avid reader with an interest in a wide range of genres.
